Rosemont's Art Interview: Our experts in Rosemont

15/04/2019
Sabina Aliyeva, Administrative and Marketing Assistant:

Few lines on your executive mission and services at Rosemont you provide and your main challenge vis a vis the clients you serve and take care of ?
I am an Administrative and Marketing Assistant. The biggest challenge for me is to be a “bridge“between our clients/partners and The dream-team of Rosemont. It is so nice to know that the efforts you do are allowing your company to grow and assist the clients!

Your favorite artist and art museum you visited recently ?
I love Salvador Dali. I like the person and the artist. He is weird and his weirdness is sometime misunderstood ! Dali uses symbols in his paintings and each of them has a meaning which I like to decode!
The last exhibition I visited was the “Caravage à Rome: amis et ennemis” in the museum Jacquemart André in Paris and it was very emotional visit because the paintings are very expressive and sometimes “hard” (“Judith and Holopherne” or “Méduse”) and because I saw for the third time the painting “Joueur de luth”. The first time while my father was explaining us the ART and the artists/painters/ sculptors (when we were children with my brother). The second time when I was in St-Petersburg and could discover it in Musée d’Ermitage . The third one in Paris at this exhibition. The impressions from these three visits are not the same because your art understanding is changing with your age!

Your definition of a perfect day-off ?
For me the perfect day off is to spend the day with my family discovering new places. If I had a Magic wand and I would have spend every week-end or day off with my husband, my parents and my brother’s family. It would be a perfect day off for me.

Louise Pavlu, Compliance:

Few lines on your executive mission and services at Rosemont you provide and your main challenge vis a vis the clients you serve and take care of ?
My job as compliance officer is to make sure that Rosemont Consulting’s activities are carried out within the regulatory framework and in respect with our internal policies and procedures. I am not in direct contact with our clients or prospects but work with my colleagues who have the client relationship. My main challenge is to identify any issue with a client or prospect that could present a risk to our company.

Your favorite artist and art museum you visited recently ?
My favourite artist has always been Gustav Klimt but recently I discovered André Brasilier’s paintings and I love them too although they are completely different.

My last museum visit was the Basquiat exhibition at the Fondation Louis Vuitton where I had never been before.

Your definition of a perfect day-off ?
For me the perfect day off is to spend the day with my family discovering new places.

Didier Vidal, Compliance:

Few lines on your executive mission and services at Rosemont you provide and your main challenge vis a vis the clients you serve and take care of ?

This is hard task but also an exciting one because the job constantly evolves.

My favorite art movement is pointillism with two fabulous artists who are Georges Seurat & Paul Signac. The last museum I visited was Musée d’Orsay in Paris.

Your definition of a perfect day-off ?
For me a perfect day-off is to be with my spouse and my two children to go in “Gorges du Verdon” and also make a short break in good restaurant with mountain culinary specialties.

Head of Development in Africa and a woman in the field, I travel 12 countries in sub-Saharan and Southern Africa to meet with business leaders to offer our services at Rosemont International.
My colleagues, Joëlle, Laura and Britta, are all Company Directors, know Africa very well, follow clients with passion, attention and professionalism. I am lucky of working with them.

Your favorite artist and art museum you visited recently ?
My favorite trend is street art.  I really appreciate Anthony Alberti, aka Mr OneTeas, Street Artist who is currently exhibiting "Reality Show 2.0" in Nice at Espace Lympia.

Your definition of a perfect day-off ?

Starting with an open-air jog in Eze, breakfast with my children in music in a good mood and then riding a horse in the mountains (Domaine de Soubrana in Peille) whose association I support in favour of retired horses.
Lunch in Peille at an inn run by women and passed down from generation to generation "Chez Nana", a local cuisine, and without fuss.

Take a walk by the sea with the children and finish with a nap.
